Tnt explodes underwater

I had tryed to explode TNT underwater but it wont work can you add a new TNT or enable tnt underwater

    A new TNT might work, but making all TNT explode underwater would (quite literally) break like 75% of all TNT cannons ever made and make them impossible for beginners to build.

    TNT can explode under water but you need to put it over water so it will drop an explode the water
