New lighting source bone-covered glowstone

the block would generate like glowstone in the soul sand valley and drop glowstone dust and bone meal upon breaking,

it would be crafted by mixing two bone meal and two glowstone dust (similar to how red nether bricks are crafted in comparison to nether bricks), this block would be a white bone/quartz like lighting block with the same attributes as glowstone, this block would be great for lighting up modern/futuristic builds and compliment the quartz very well, it would fit the the overall theme of the soul sand valley and would be a great edition to the nether update!, just a small addition in 1.16.3!
