Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Locked item frames

Surrounding an item frame with 8 glass panes around it in a crafting table would create a new item called locked item frame (similar to locked maps)

items placed inside of it cannot be rotated.

the item frame would let you access the block behind it even if the cursor is pointing at it. (Ex. Chests furnaces, barrels)

apart from these changes it works exactly like normal item frames.

i think this would be a simple yet nice addition to the game.

    Disabling item rotation would make laying down maps too difficult. The cost of 8 glass panes is kind of high also, given locked maps only use 1. I support this idea otherwise
