Water Above Wool Creates A Rain Effect Below

A way to irrigate from above as well as a cool decorative block. If theres an empty block below, target block is wool and the above block is water source, then the game creates a column of rain below the wool. Uses: player made rain clouds, showers, hydroponics style water systems, irrigating flying machines, riptide shenanigans... I'm sure others could find more uses than I :)
