I think that adding some cool enchantments onto a nametag would add a lot to the functionality and collective side of Minecraft.
Survivalist Enchantment: A mob with this nametag will be able to survive in a climate that they are not normally able to survive in.
For example:
Hoglins and Piglins cannot survive in the Overworld/End dimensions. With this enchanted nametag, you can keep these mobs in the overworld/end dimensions to make an all-inclusive trading den or a mob zoo.
Squids and fish cannot live outside of the water, but for easier transport of these creatures this would allow them to breath and flap around on the land.
Snow Golems cannot survive in the Nether or Deserts, well now they can.
Peacekeeper Enchantment: Turns any mob peaceful
Hostility Enchantment: Turns any mob hostile
When a mob with the Hostility Enchanted Nametag sees a peaceful mob, they attack.
(Imagine having a cow attack an elder guardian)
Earthly Enchantment: Makes the nametag removable from the mob at the time of death
Obtaining: Imagine a dungeon full of peaceful mobs that attack you. Getting mulled by chickens and rabbits. These enchantment books are loot throughout the dungeon and using a looting sword, you have a chance of getting an Earthly enchanted nametag (with possible other enchantments) from the mob. The peaceful mobs do respawn, but they don't drop anything but the occasional nametag, looting req.
I think that this would add a goofy and fun aspect to Minecraft. + More opportunity for collectors.
