the drowned infested lake is a lake biome that is infested with drowned and ship recks will spawn more often hear. the water there is red nad you can find these structures here:
this structure is a fishing boat. in the middle of the boat, there will be a jungle trap door. open it, step down the ladder, and you will see 2 jungle villagers hiding in a small, little shaft that has 2 barrels, 1 crafting table, and 2 beds.
the second structure are heads on fence posts sticking out of the lake. in this, biome, weather your carying a player head or not, you will drop the player head when you die and the drowned will pick it up and put it on one of the fence posts if a fence post is available.
this structure is just for display, and you can mine the skulls if you want. the rident impaled in there head is cool touch in think.
