Change the Way Coral Dies

Coral is a wonderful item (this includes the blocks, normal coral, and coral fans), but it feels so wasted. Due to the fact that coral can only be used in builds that are underwater or are waterlogged, coral is held back and prevented from being properly used and doesn't reach it's full potential. I suggest that coral lives on land, and is turned into dead coral through smelting. This would allow coral to be properly used in many builds and finally be appreciated as the beautiful detail block that it is.
