Portal fluid

can be created by using an end sparker ( same crafting recipe as flint and steel except replace steel an ender pearl and flint with a blaze rod) the end sparker would then enable you to teleport 4 blocks in the direction you are looking if you walk into its purple flame. it does not spread and damages you with 1 and a half hearts. It can be used to create 2 buckets of portal fluid by putting a end sparker in a crafting table In between a lava bucket and a water bucket to create 2 buckets of black liquid that acts like water but only flows for 2 blocks and allows you to teleport between the 2 bucket placements.

the first time you do it is black, the second time is green then white then it does not place. It can teleport you between dimensions and does not remove health. It can be picked up but cannot be placed directly next to each other and cannot become an infinite water source
