Polished Cobblestone

I'm surprised this doesn't already exist in Minecraft, but I'd like to suggest polished cobblestone. (Not to be confused with regular stone.) Polished cobblestone would look like cobblestone, but with the more polished look such as polished diorite or polished granite. It could be made at a stonecutter, and would have all the different variants you'd expect from a stone block. Polished cobblestone, polished cobblestone bricks, cracked polished cobblestone bricks, chiseled polished cobblestone, polished cobblestone stairs, polished cobblestone slabs, polished cobblestone wall, polished cobblestone buttons, and polished cobblestone pressure plates.

    Maybe they should ad polished Stond as well.

    polished stone is smooth stone, but polished cobblestone and brick and stair variants can only be so similar to stone bricks, so I don’t see a possibility that this will be added.

    Here is an example of some textures, and polished cobble slabs could stack like smooth stone slabs.

    would probably not add bricks... but polished cobblestone already does exist in the game, in a way, it just has yet to be added as an actual block. The Top of furnace/back of a piston are probably what polished cobblestone would look like.
