Adding a image of what killed you on the you died screen

Say I died and I didn’t know what killed me so it showed it on the screen like if I was blown up by a creeper and I didn’t know then it would show a picture of a creeper blowing up

    Look at the chat, it says [Username] was blown up/slain/killed/knocked off a cliff/ whatever by [mob/player]
