Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Wither Roses should stop plant growth in a 5 block radius. The Wither Rose should include a 5 block cube of around it that impedes plant growth as a survival alternative to disabling Random Tick. It wouldn’t kill existing plants, just hold them in stasis. This would be incredibly useful for builds that include vines/cactus in a certain length, or a decorative farm, or a patch of pure dirt surrounded by grass.

    This would be brilliant!  I'm always worried about using vines in my builds and hiding a rose in the walls would make that so much easier!!

    Grass and dirt should covert to coarse dirt in that same radius, although with a maximum of only 10 blocks in the 25 space

    Interesting idea another interesting feature that might go with it the conversion of grass blocks overtime within that radius.

    Something where each grass block would have set chance of becoming a dirt block every set amount of ticks. For example each grass block surrounding the wither rose would have a 5% chance of becoming a dirt block every 2400 ticks. This sort of thing could also possibly apply to the leaves of trees as well where they would only disappear.
