The way the nether is going, you can start in the nether and beat the game, So with that. For people that start the game in the nether, When they go up to the over world they should get a secret achievement called "We need to go Higher", To parody the " We need to go deeper" achievement you get when you go into the nether.
This would also need to be paired with a way of being able to start the game in the nether.
This can mean a simple button that changes where you spawn, E.X, Overworld>Nether. Maybe it can be put under the difficulty setting.
