Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

make it so you can craft gold items that you can also craft with iron

In minecraft there are certain items that while they can't be crafted with gold can be crafted with iron despite the fact that they are both metals that can be used for those things in real life. I wish to change that. Now in this instance I'm not saying gold is an upgrade to those previous ones in fact in most cases it would be a terrible idea other than to flex or for decoration, or those rare circumstances where you need this item really bad and you don;'t have any iron but you do have gold. Similar with how you just need iron for a beacon but you could also use netherite. For this items that you could craft with gold instead of iron might be a gold shield(lower durability, high enchant-ability) where you use a gold ingot instead of an iron one. A gold cauldron(decorative), a gold hopper(decorative), a gold tripwire hook, a gold door, a gold trapdoor, golden chains, golden bars, a golden bucket, or a golden minecart which will likely be slower than a regular one, but perhaps it will also react more to powered rails in exchange for that.

    Those will make the decors useless. I mean, why would you need those golden things while the iron counterpart has the same usage. Beside who on minecraft has tons of gold but has no any single iron ingot in their inventory
