Make server resource packs more approachable
I've noticed common problem relating to server resource packs. There is no easy way to "force" the resource pack on a client (which is required for a lot of servers using them). Sure, you can use the plugin to send resource pack to player, but if player doesn't know they HAVE to have resource pack to play they can literally lock themselves out of server because the choice of denying resource pack saves on the client side. This has happened countless times on the server I managed. My guess is players still think "It's just a texture pack" and deny it.
I propose a simple solution:
Create an option in server-properties "force-resource-pack" that can be either true or false.
If the option is set to true, send resource pack prompt BEFORE player actually joins joins the server (maybe even on handshake) and if player refuses don't even connect them to a server. Instead of that display a message that explains that server adds custom models, items, etc. and they can't join unless they get the resource pack.
I also want to add a little note to minecraft devs - please, don't be afraid to let us do crazy stuff, minecraft is about creativity, embrace that, make resource packs as usable as possible. Please.
