When moving with high speed on a minecart/boat it should damage mobs.

When you are riding a minecart/boat which is moving at a very high speed it would damage mobs and if moving with enough momentum should kill the mob.

Also this could be achieved when an entity about as big as the size of player and as small as a cave spider is riding a the minecart/boat.

The damage deal to the mob depends on mob to mob.For player it's 2-14 hitpoints, for cave spider it's 1-7 hitpoints but it can poison you and for a villager it's 0-8 hitpoints.

But be cautious while doing this because:

*  It has a 6% chance get displaced from the tracks while damaging mobs(In the case of minecart).

* It has a 6% chance to break into planks and sticks while damaging mobs(In the case of boat).

* Bosses can't be kill using this mechanic so don't even try to kill them using minecarts and boats.

  There they would have to change they way entities react with other entities, because as it stands, two entities can pass right through each other, so making it to where it knocks them back when they make contact might Ben little difficult but it’s a good idea

  That could work, just like you recive damage using an elytra
