All skeleton pick up Player enchanted Bows on bedrock

In bedrock 1.16 and newer mobs can pick up loot but skeletons can’t pick up bows only swords

    This is since been re-posted by me as skeletons being able use bows in bedrock addition because they do not actually use their bow to shoot arrows unlike pillagers
