1 block high versions of 2 block high flowers

Using shears on a rose bush (or any 2 block high flower) should cause 6-8 one block high versions of that flower to drop. (EX. use shears on a rose bush to get 6-8 roses) This would cause the flower bush to turn into a clipped flower bush, and the flowers could be regrown with bonemeal, or would regrow after a few in game days. Sunflowers however, would only drop 1 clipped sunflower, and they would leave behind a clipped sunflower stem. Just like the rest of the 2 block high flowers, sunflowers could grow back with bonemeal, or after a few in game days. These 1 block high versions could still be turned into dye, and they could also be placed in flower pots. Clipped flower bushes and stems could be picked up by breaking them with shears.
