Scrolling titles, subtitles, and actionbar

I would like to see a feature added to the title command to allow for scrolling text. If you use too long of a text string for the various display boxes, the text is there, but off screen on the sides. It would be nice if there was a true/false argument for scrolling text, and maybe duration or speed of scroll to go with it.
