Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

There should be a plant that grows in lava

Somethings like (dried) kelps should be able to grow in lava on top of soulsand, turning flowing lava it grows to into source, being the first way to generate it. Think about what the plant would drop, if it can be eaten/fed and wether it has leaves or seeds. Can you apply bonemeal and why isn't there wither bonemeal yet.

    A plant that grows in lava is brilliant and would add something to the Minecraft aesthetic.
