The Enchanted Waters in caves

Hey guys! I have a really great idea when Mojang makes a cave update. I was thinking that there should be very rare small pools of water in caves called the "Enchanted Waters". Enchanted waters could have the enchantment texture over the water. In the Enchanted Waters you can fish and 1 in 6 times you can catch rare items like ores, ore nuggets, tools, enchanted tools, enchantment books, potions, or maybe the ability to enchant the items in your inventory. I really hope Mojang sees and cosiders this!!!

    Also that the water as some form of light but not a lot like 7%

    I want to swim in it, what if when you go swimming any enchants on your armor have a very small chance of having their enchantment level raised.

    I think that that’s a great idea, but maybe the water would give you like regeneration or something like that like spring water, but since it’s so rare and would be an infinite water source, the only way to get it in a bucket is creative mode!

    Also when you say enchanted texture I was thinking like a rainbow or iridescent film across the top
