Grass block in hotbar/hand should match the current biome

Ok, so you know how there's different grass textures for different biomes? I think that should be reflected in the hotbar and hand. It looks out of place and startling when I try to place a grass block that looks bright in my hand, but darker on the ground. Small detail, but an extra level of polish that wouldn't go unnoticed.

    Or create separate grass blocks for each biome allowing the creation of artificial biomes.
