block orientation accessibility

In the accessibility settings there should be a button to toggle whether you want the directional blocks orientations based off of where you are or what side of the block it is placed on.

    We definitely need something like this, to make building redstone contraptions easier as well as quickly perfecting textures of builds (looking at you glazed terracotta).

    I think the best way to do this would be to right click a block with a compass and have it cycle through the different orientation states. Kinda like how the debug stick works, but just for orientation. And works in survival obviously.

    Personally, I'd love to be able to control wall/fence connectivity with the same mechanism.
