Early stage melon/pumpkin stems should have "better" hitboxes

Melon and pumpkin seeds, when just planted, have very small hitboxes that are a bit frustrating to work with sometimes (especially when trying to place observers on top). They should have "better" hitboxes. The hitbox could be bigger, more visible, more consistent, etc.
