Miniature moving mob figures

So, it wouldn't neccesarily be a mob or something that many other ideas are, more figurines that would be about 1/2 the size of a mob head, and can be redstone powered, so for example, a creeper figurine could have redstone with a lever running into it, and when the lever is toggled, the model can walk in place, or an ender dragon can fly, etc. And perhaps, if you were to kill a boss mob, like a wither, you can use their special drop to make a special model that can be held in the offhand, that, when held, can give powers similar in nature to a beacon, but less powerful.
