Add a way to fix elytra in peaceful

Make it so bats drop bat membrane and elytra can be repaired with that or something. Thanks for reading this. Have a great day.

    It would be kind of pointless though, since you cant get to the end in peacefully mode. I like the idea, though!

    you can't get to the end in a fully peaceful world and you can repair an elytra using the mendinf enchantment or by getting membrane in the morning by sleeping with a cat

    Cats have a chance to give you phantom membrane after you sleep. Also mending is an option.
