Advanced potions

With the addition of new nether biomes i would love to see more advanced potions that can be created by using warped wart and/or crimson wart. These should be acquired within nether fortresses that are biome specific but would grow these wart similar to how nether wart is grown. By using all three warts it’d be great to see potions with 2 or possibly 3 properties or maybe just lasting longer or being more power. For example, using nether wart and warped wart should allow either a potion with 2 properties or a potion that can have either glowstone or redstone added twice instead of only once.
