Updated "On the Rail" Advancement

Before 1.12, there was an achievement for Java where the player must ride a mine cart 1km or 1000 blocks. This advancement was removed after the release of 1.12

Because there’s many more ways of transportation, an updated version of this achievement could look like riding all legitimate types of transportation (Mine cart, Boat, Pig, Llama, Strider, etc) for 1km.

Earning this advancement shows the player the different game mechanics & ways of transportation.

Lastly, it could be called "On the Move" or "On the Run" and be placed under the Adventure Category
