Elytra and Rocket Changes in the Nether

Hello, 

Reasoning It has come to my attention that the Elytra is being over-utilized by players and makes other features such as boats, minecarts, and striders useless after its obtainment.  

In-Game Reasoning Because the Nether is a hot place, the Rockets should immediately explode when used, forcing players to have to glaze them with magma cream and glow-stone dust. The Elytra should also take double the amount of durability damage due to the wings burning.

Purpose Not only will this encourage players to farm magma cream, but it will also encourage players to build ice-boat highways and/or use the strider to get to various places in the Nether. 

At the same time, dedicated players can still farm magma cream at a high rate and use mending to easily repair damages to the Elytra, meaning that Nether Elytra travel would not be completely obsolete.  

Conclusion In Conclusion, I believe that the Elytra changes in the Nether Only will encourage casual players to spend more time experimenting with other forms of highspeed travel, while at the same time not stepping on the toes of seasoned players who use the Elytra for building and quick transport.
