The village saw a real improvement in the 1.14 update, but I think it could be improved more.
Every culture has its own traditions and customs, so why do not the villagers have theirs?
- At first there are customs when a child is born. The villagers inhabit the plains celebrate with fireworks in the evening, the villager of the snowy biome have a huge meal and the villagers of the desert go with the new inhabitant for a bath in the well of the village.
- The next important step growing old. So again each culture celebrates this differently.
- The last step in a human or villager life is death(or Zombification). Some cultures bury their dead ones, some burn them, some pay tribute to the dead with a great feast and some scatter the ash in the nearby river or ocean.
- Seasonal customs like some sort of Christmas, Harvest festival or the Cherry Blossom Festival are possible. Again each culture could have their own certain ones. Seasons are not really a condition for them, they could also celebrate the emergens of a star constellation or a planet on the sky(especially in the desert).
- The possibilities are endless so be creative... and if you can include the player the even better it gets...
