Eating dried kelp doesn't slow you down

Eating dried kelp shouldn't slow you down because i imagine it to be a quick snack since you can eat it really fast. Plus it won't be too overpowered since it doesn't give a lot of hunger points or saturation. It will also encourage players to cook more kelp in case if they need an emergency food if they are on the run. I think this could even add new options to pvp.

    I don't think it should allow you to sprint while eating but maybe close to that.

    i was think of suggesting this for the berries

    it would not be op if you could sprint.

    none would use if you couldn't sprint when eating it because everyone sprints everywhere.

    although a slow speed debuff might be okay
