New enchantment set

There are quite a load of enchantments already, but getting really good ones that you need can be like a lottery. This shouldn't be removed but instead an additional enchantment system could be implemented. Like how surrounding an enchantment table with bookshelfs improves it, a new Red Netherbrick bookshelf could be added that, when multiple are placed in the same fashion as the normal bookshelf formation shown below, activates a new enchantment system.

In this new system, you can get a specific, high quality enchantment but that also comes with a curse. This once again brings in curses and makes them more widespread. Red netherbricks are made useful for survival players, and great enchantments have a new way to obtain but also with a cost.
