Add the egg trade back into the game.

In 1.16 the egg trade from farmer villagers was removed from the bedrock edition to match Java. It should be added back again, because it was a good trade and eggs are allmost useless now. Instead it can be added to Java aswell.

    Totally agree, was just looking to see why my Farmer Stopped trading and found this post.
    Please Mojang add egg trading back again in a future update....

    Agreed. Parity is good, but dropping the egg trade was a mistake.

    Yes, I have lots of eggs I was using for trading, I don't make cakes or pumpkin pies, so now useless for me.

    I totally agree, now I have a chicken farm and farms of all types for food I have no use for eggs, so having a trade with a villager would be a great way to have a use for eggs

         It is now 2025, and we STILL need the Egg Trade restored!

    Parity should make the game better for both platforms, a "positive" improvement, not a Negative improvement.  This was a negative parity change, removing from Bedrock because Java did not have it.  It should be added to both platforms.

         If the desire was to make it harder to get emeralds because eggs can be farmed, then
    - raise the trade to 64 per emerald. (lots of other farm items ARE farmed for trading).
    - Make it a higher tier in the trading process so folks have to work up to it...maybe just below golden carrots or glistening melon

    Please restore the ability to trade eggs with Village Farmers.
