/summon ender_dragon could be better

When you summon an ender dragon using the chat or a command block it just travels to a random spot in your world and randomly goes in a circle in the ground and is very hard to shoot and is annoying. How about making it so it becomes a mob like everyting else and flys around your world shooting villagers, pillagers, withers, ghasts, golems, sheep, blaze, and players.

    Yeah. In bedrock over here it just flys up into the sky and despawns. They should really make it so it has custom behavior for overworld and nether, am I right?
