Nether Biome Variants

I'd like to see variants of each nether biome, kind of like the ones in the overworld. One idea is the old Basalt Deltas, the version with less lava.

    More even, almost flat versions would be fun.

    Yeah, there there is currently a good variety of blocks and foliage in the nether, but there's hardly any in how it's distributed. Oldgrowth and sparse variants of the forests could do a lot to change this.
