Ocean Sky - Elytra Enchantment

This idea came from BubuChacha, an animation I watched when I was a kid. In its Final Episode, a whale has died and her soul possessed a plane. Don't remember herself is a plane, she jumped into the ocean and sank. When trying to rescue the whale, the main character told her that she can swim in the sky because the sky is just like the ocean.

That's the concept of this Enchantment. Next talk about how it work.

Ocean Sky is an unique Enchantment of Elytra. When wearing an Elytra with this Enchantment, you can use Trident with Riptide Enchantment for propulsion even when it's not raining.

Every time you boost your flying speed, not only the Trident's but also the Elytra's durability will decrease by 1.
