As you know, to transfer a world from Minecraft on Wii U or Xbox 360, you must first transfer these worlds to the original Legacy Console versions of Minecraft on Xbox One or Nintendo Switch, but a problem arises when you realize that these versions are no longer available for sale or download. Though I have the legacy console version of Minecraft on Nintendo Switch and was able to transfer my Wii U worlds to Bedrock, I am unable to transfer my Xbox 360 worlds to Bedrock because by the time I got an Xbox One, the legacy console edition was no longer available for purchase.
I have a proposal to fix this problem, allow straight transfer from Xbox 360, PS3, PS Vita, and Wii U editions to Bedrock, this can either be accomplished through a separate Minecraft transfer app or an in game option like the one that allows you to transfer worlds from current gen legacy console editions to Bedrock.
In the end, I feel like people should have the ability to easily transfer worlds, without being gatekept by a version of Minecraft that is no longer accessible to people
