Moving while pvping

Hi, I have played Minecraft P E for a long time. But it has unfair balance in pvping. You can’t move while you hit because there is not dedicated button for looking and hitting. Please add a option in the setting that add a circle to use, hit and break and place. I am currently in 6th grade and I still play this game.
