Upgradeable Shields

So the idea behind this is that the 1st shield you make, which would be the current shield would block only 15% hits, but then you could make different shields with the different ores. You would just replace the iron with something different like emerald, diamond or netherite. Each time you change the ore you get better durability and block chance. This will balance how overpowered the the shield is.
