Lapis should be in the piglins bartering list

With 1.16 the nether became almost a place you can live in. You can get wood, have tools progression from wood to netherite, you can acquire iron from bartering and diamods from looting bastions and fortresses. However your progress stop right there as you cant enchant your stuff in the nether.

Piglins already trade you iron, making it possible to progress in the normal minecraft "path", maybe they could give you lapis as well, allowing you to go even further on the progress three.

    You don't need this, just go mining in the overworld, there is more than enough lapis there, I always end up with more than enough,

    without a grindstone to get books, theres really no point for lapis unless you bring books with you.

    Helen OfBorg i think they mean more like nether survival challenges, same reason piglins trade iron for tools and water bottles for brewing.
