Nether Temple

The Nether Temple would be a rare structure only in the Nether. It would have one Blaze Spawn cage and one Magma Cube Spawn cage. Wither Skeleton would spawn in the Temple. It would have 8 hidden gold blocks at the center, arranged like a cube. The Temple would have other valuable loot too. The structure would be made out of Nether Bricks or Black Stone.

    they could add it to the blackstone biome as a structure alongside the bastion

    Sounds a lot like a cross between a Nether fortress and a bastion.
