Individual biome weather

I think that when it rains in Minecraft it should not be universal. If it were to rain in your plains biome it should just rain there, or if it's small, in one or two other biomes as well. Some biomes like jungles would rain more often and others like desserts and Savannahs would rain less often to none.

  Yes and there could also be more biome unique weather, like sandstorms in the desert and floods in the swamps

  There could maybe be added some kind of super warm weather

  Different weather already exists as a biome specific feature. Consider, when did you last see rain in a savannah, desert or mesa biome?
