Different PS4 profiles should be able to host world

I have multiple PS4 user accounts on one shared world because I sometimes play split screen with my wife. The problem is if she isn’t playing I have to play solo on her PS4 user account because it is the world host. As the game is saved onto my system and not a server I should be able to access the world from my PS4 user account without her account being online as long as it’s from the same console.
