Unique ores

Hello Mojang, I have an idea that I think would be a great addition to the caves: unique ores Unique ores would present a more interesting way of mining in Minecraft. Once you have a diamond pickaxe, you can pretty much mine everything in the cave, including all ores. I think that if any new ores needed special tools to mine, this would present a better challenge. Maybe without the right pickaxe, an ore will explode or release a toxic gas.
