Pipes Biome

I had a dream about a really neat biome and I thought i'd share it! It's meant to be a biome that houses more advanced villages. These villages might be more rare, but you would be able to find minecarts and working mine rail systems, as well as maybe anvils and other things that you don't typically come across! Maybe blast furnaces and better chests too. The biome would have a lighter grass block, almost similar to path blocks. It would also have a lot of dead shrubs. Areas that aren't villages within this biome could house new mobs that people have been suggesting they add.
