The end is quite boring. You defeat the dragon, go to the outer islands, find and loot and end city, and possibly never go back. Including a new ore in the end could change this. This end ore would be similar to netherite. You would mine it and it would drop itself. You would then smelt it into a scrap and craft it with eyes of ender into an ingot. The smithing table would be used to upgrade it onto diamond equipment. It would be an alternative to netherite so you wouldn’t upgrade netherite equipment with it. Generation: this ore would generate rarely at the bottom of the outer end islands, so it touches the void on its lower side. This would make it difficult to mine without it falling into the void. It would generate in veins of 1. Usage: when you die it is dropped on the ground. However, if it falls below y=0 it will start to levitate up to y=64 then slowly travel to the nearest solid block within 30 blocks. If it cannot find a solid block, it will float at y=64. The armour will also make you fall slower, similar to the slow falling effect.
