Make B-Hop toggleable

Last time i played Minecraft was on version 1.5.2, B-Hop didn't exist. Playing some parkour maps on 1.16 right now feels impossible to me due to this feature, so why not make it toggleable. Not removing tho, it's great on survival, but it's annoying on parkour maps.

That's just too much effort. Just get used to it, or stop wear you extra when you are traveling. Easy fix, and mojang's doesnt have to code a fix to something that is easily solvable.
