A new type of Furnace made with nether bricks, a furnace and a netherite ingot.

It would be able to smelt all items a regular furnace can but at the same speed as a blast furnace. But when smelting cobblestone or normal stone, it would turn it into black stone or polished black stone respectively due to the immense heat this furnace retains from its brick and netherite insulation.
Unlike other furnaces this one can only be powered by a bucket of lava or blaze rods for its fuel source. While lava is near infinitely available from the nether, being an unstackable fuel source makes it harder to keep the furnace constantly fueled, not to mention its always risky going near lava oceans. Blaze rods are farmable but only in mass after building a blaze farm, making the work of that balance out the benefits.
If these costs aren't high enough for the benefit, it could also be made so this furnace only works in the nether dimension, meaning you'll need to transfer the stone and cobble in manually, and not just set up an auto generation system to feed into it.
Mining blackstone from deltas can be an arduous task, dealing with lava, magma cubes and the cascading layers of it along with basalt (which can be generated). While blackstone will be available from bartering, that requires a gold farm to fully optimize, and even then there's the high you'll get one of a dozen other items instead. This gives players an alternative option to acquire it, while still requiring a good level of effort.
