Global CanPlaceOn and CanDestroy block tags

CanPlaceOn and CanDestroy are very useful for adventure maps, but it would nice if the player wasn't required to hold a specific item for some things. For example, if you want adventure mode players to be able to put out fires, you have to give them an item with the tag "CanDestroy:[fire]", and they won't be able to get rid of fire unless they hold exactly that item.

My suggestion is two block tags for blocks that adventure mode players can destroy or place on no matter what.

Call them "minecraft:canplaceon_global" and "minecraft:candestroy_global" or something like that.

Yes!!! it'd be so convenient to have those sorts of tags, to allow players to hold whatever they want, to make secrets findable without needing to try clicking Every block with Every tool... so much potential!!!
