decayed bones

Decayed bones completely replace wither skelly's bone drop. They can be made into decayed bone blocks like normal bones. If you place them in a circle with soul sand/soil (you decide in the comments) in the middle you get a wither skeleton skull. You can also create withered bonemeal, which grow all nether native plants and shrinks all overworld and end plants and standard bone meal grows end and overworld plants and shrinks all nether plants. If you use standard bonemeal on warped and nether wart blocks, you get rid of 3 to 6 wart blocks. Please add to this in the comments. May the force be with you and goodbye!

Not a bad idea, but the skull crafting isn't okay, because you have to work hard to obtain them, this will 'prepare' at the boss fight.
