Power variant TNT

TNT is cool, but I find getting it pretty tough. Granted, I understand that power comes with a cost, but I thought it would be cool to have a type of TNT that you can only get from the nether, that uses materials that aren't limited (like sand). A special difference that could exist between the two is being able to increase the power of the TNT by adding either different or more materials, similar to fireworks.
